Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing at NodeOps, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term partnerships. A key part of your role will be managing co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment and growth across all collaborative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with NodeOps’ business goals, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with external partners and co-marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Brand Positioning: Own and strengthen the NodeOps brand across all channels, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
- Co-Marketing & Partnerships: Lead and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners in the blockchain and Web3 space, collaborating on joint campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and event marketing, with a strong focus on partner-driven initiatives.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, educational content to support marketing efforts, positioning NodeOps as a thought leader in decentralized infrastructure.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize results.
- Product Launches: Partner with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for NodeOps' new products, ensuring successful launches.
- Community Engagement: Strengthen NodeOps' presence in the Web3 community by building and nurturing relationships through various channels, such as social media, AMAs, and events.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and a high return on investment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in managing co-marketing initiatives, partnerships, and collaborative campaigns.
